This was my wedding ring. Much like my marriage, it was never a great fit.
Purchased from an antique store that deals in Asian finds, it is supposedly from the turn of the 20th century. Real amethyst and rubies. Paid over $500, possibly even up to $1000 if I recall, in 1990. The ex wasn't that good with money.
